Telegraphy on Kikapu netlabel

Telegraphy on another netlabel? Whooh, grab me another cup of tea I think I'm feeling kind of funny. Yes thats rite, "0 dBm" the concept E.P. by Telegraphy which was deamed for the delete button, has found a excellent home. Kikapu one of the grandfathers of netlabel's is releasing  this highly conceptual E.P. 0 dBm by Telegraphy [kpu116] .

  From Kikapu:

"Experimentations in sounds of shortwave. 0 dBm is a concept E.P. from Detroit producer Telegraphy (Richard Sudney). The concept being, combining in real time, audio of shortwave signals from which a vintage vacuum tube communications receiver is used as a back drop for Telegraphy’s minimal dub’ed sound-scapes. This receiver, with it’s etheric property’s not found in today’s solid state electronics, captures outer worldly tonalities and energies. Each track was recorded live directly to a audio capture device with no post production work done. This is to ensure minimal damage to any etherics that were recorded from the howl state vacuum tube radio. The minimal nature of this EP Can be thanked in part by Telegraphy’s influence of Detroit techno and dubtechno. As a young adult growing up in Detroit, Telegraphy became involved in the highly popular past time among teens and young adults, the rave scene. With minimalisms popularity at that time, Telegraphy’s interest in the past would influence him in the present. Since 2005, Telegraphy has been busy creating electronic music for the netlabel scene. First by using the moniker Monopole and now Telegraphy, Richard Sudney will continue to produce for the netlabel scene."
